Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Harrisonville, MO is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, 1:1 care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

You will assist with personal care, vital signs, meals, and daily living activities, while documenting services and coordinating with the care team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life. • Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.

As a Hospice Aide (CNA), you'll be an essential part of our interdisciplinary care team, delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you'll support patients with personal care and daily living activities, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life at the end of life.

Qualifications

Hospice Aide (CNA) Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice


• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
