Compassus is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, in-home care to patients and support to their families. You will work as part of a hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, helping patients approach their final days with dignity and peace.

The role emphasizes carrying out comfort-focused care, collaborating with care teams, and contributing to a family-centered care experience in patients' homes.

Qualificações

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must meet state Nurse Aide requirements where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with loved ones.
• Collaborate with hospice team to address physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients.
• Support patients and families to approach final days with dignity and peace.
• Contribute to a compassionate, family-centered care environment at Compassus.
