Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care to patients at home as part of the hospice team.
• Address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Support patients and families to ensure dignity and peace in final days.
