Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an After-Hours/On Call Registered Nurse to join our team in Kentucky. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care after normal business hours and travel between patient homes to coordinate ongoing treatment.

Requirements include an active RN license, 1+ year nursing experience, potential home health experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Job Description

To continue to be an industry pioneer in delivering unparalleled care, we need an After-Hours/On Call Registered Nurse with commitment and compassion.

What is Required?

Current State license as a Registered Nurse.

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
• Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred
