Job summary

Tljohnie is seeking a Hospice After Hours RN to join our care team in Missouri. This full-time role (40 hours per week) focuses on managing and delivering patient care plans for hospice patients in the local area.

You will work 7 days on, 7 days off with on-call weekends, and you will support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care and meeting first-year achievement goals.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri (MO) required.
• Hospice experience of 2+ years.
• Associate degree or higher in nursing.

Qualifications Required

• Associate degree or higher
• Hospice (2+ years)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri (MO)

Experience in EMR

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Other EMR
• TruChart EHR

Preferred

• Please provide your RN License number. (Required for Submittal)
