Job summary

Hospice of Central PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Admissions team. This role involves providing nursing services, responding to inquiries and referrals, and addressing urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; the RN supports the organization's mission and end-of-life care philosophy.

Two schedule options are available: full-time day shifts 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, and part-time 12-hour shifts 8am-8:30pm, with weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be aRegistered Nurse licensed in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the last 4 years in a nursing role.
• Experience in end-of-life or hospice care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to hospice patients in the community.
• Respond to inquiries and referrals, assess patient needs, and coordinate care.
• Support and promote the organization's mission and philosophy of care.
