Job summary

Hospice of Central PA is seeking an experienced RN to join the Admissions team in the Harrisburg area. The role is Day Shift, with Full-Time (80 hrs per biweekly pay period) or Part-Time options, and schedules of 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. The position involves community visits and coordinating patient care from referrals and inquiries.

You will provide nursing services, support caregivers, and help sustain our mission of compassionate end-of-life care. Orientation is 5–6 weeks for this role.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the last 4 years preferred.
• Must be able to complete 5–6 weeks of a FT, day shift orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to patients and address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers.
• Respond to inquiries and referrals from the admissions team and community.
• Support and enhance the organization's mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end-of-life care.
