Job summary

Hospice & Community Care is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Admissions Team in York County, PA. The RN will provide compassionate nursing services, respond to patient inquiries, and support the organizational mission of excellence in end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical RN experience within the last 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to patients and caregivers.
• Respond to inquiries and referrals.
• Address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers.
• Support and enhance the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end-of-life care.
• Support the Admissions team with community-based patient assessment and intake.
• Participate in a 6-8 week full-time day-shift orientation.
