Qualifications

• Minimum hospice experience required.
• Licensed as a Missouri RN (or Compact) and valid driver's license.
• Strong assessment and communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to manage multiple admissions with compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Complete hospice admissions and nursing visits.
• Provide compassionate care and family support.
• Educate patients/families on CHF, COPD, diabetes.
• Provide wound care and medication management.
• Document patient conditions and report changes to physicians.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
