Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England At Home in Connecticut seeks a Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to serve the Waterbury region and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week.

You will deliver skilled nursing in patients’ homes, create care plans, administer medications, educate families, and support recovery and independence. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
• One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse.
• Home care/Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.
