The role requires a strong background in nonprofit healthcare administration, supervisory experience, and the ability to engage with the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in healthcare management with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Hospice or Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve operational goals.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
• Oversees financial performance, including budgeting and cost containment.
• Develops and enforces corporate policies and procedures.
• Monitors and reports on financial metrics and operational efficiency.
• Represents the organization in community and public speaking engagements.
• Supervises staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
