AdventHealth is seeking a qualified Nursing Manager to lead the Admissions and Referrals departments in Central Florida. This full-time role covers Altamonte Springs, with a Monday-Friday schedule and on-call rotation.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in nursing, 5+ years of supervisory experience, an RN license, and a Master’s in Nursing or related field. You will oversee admissions processes, budgeting, staffing, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of nursing experience with 2+ years in hospital, hospice, or home health.
- 5+ years of supervisory nursing experience.
- RN license and Master’s in Nursing or related field required.
Responsibilities
- Directs the Admissions and Referrals departments and staffing.
- Develops, implements, and monitors department policies and budgets.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
