Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least one of the following: 3+ years of healthcare experience or 3+ years in an office administration role.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and maintaining contracts, binders, and HR/medical files for all agency employees and contract staff in accordance with policy and applicable regulations.
• Reviewing, reconciling, and submitting invoices to Home Office in accordance with LHC Group policy, ensuring timely payment and vendor relations.
• Performs and/or manages billing audits per policy and follows up with corrections.
• Manages clerical staff and non-clinical workflow, including input on hiring, disciplinary, and separation decisions.
