Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an office administration role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage contracts, HR/medical files, and vendor relationships.
• Review, reconcile, and submit invoices to Home Office in accordance with policy.
• Perform and/or manage billing audits and follow-ups for corrections.
• Lead clerical staff and non-clinical workflow in the office.
