Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process routine payables, verify invoices, enter into accounting system, and issue checks.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and vendor setups.
• Assist with 1099 processing and review invoices for accuracy.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve missing invoices and discrepancies.
• Adhere to travel expense policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Support managers in efficient invoice receipt and timely processing.
