Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the primary liaison between the hospice agency and local healthcare providers. You will generate referrals, educate providers about eligibility, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families.
• Associate degree or proven work in health-related field.
• 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred.
• Field-based role with daily interaction with providers, patients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers and referral partners.
• Generate new hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and patient eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal clinical teams for seamless transitions into hospice care.
• Identify market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
• Maintain accurate referral documentation and care-team communication.
