Job summary

VSP Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor for Hose manufacturing to lead the metal and non-metal hose fabrication, assembly, inventory, receiving, and packaging operations. You will coordinate activities to meet policies, goals, and customer expectations, while driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The role requires overseeing staff, applying lean principles, and ensuring accurate inventory control and scheduling to support production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategies to improve profitability and efficiency across hose operations.
• Hire, develop, and direct staff to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Implement process improvements and present to Operations Manager.
• Maintain quality policy and adapt procedures with customer expectations.
• Manage inventory levels, receiving, and daily cycle counts in Sage.
• Oversee production schedule, including emergency orders and on-time delivery.
• Ensure a safe, organized work environment.
• Supervise personnel and foster positive morale.
