Qualifications

• Ability to recognize quality problems.
• Must meet the productivity standards established by the company.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform related responsibilities as required.
• Print labels using label printer and supply to assemblers.
• Understand and perform all required quality checks including length checks.
• Ability to train employees on processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check production schedule and ensure hose finishing is on plan.
• Review Batch Cards to identify raw materials.
• Set up and operate cutting, expander, and winding steps per process.
• Label, carton, and palletize hoses for shipment.
• Maintain production area cleanliness and safety compliance.
