Job summary

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and follow precise procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and overtime is common based on production needs.

• Capable of training fellow employees on processes.

Responsibilities

• Check production schedule to confirm finished hose and table assignments.
• Identify materials required for the product at the finishing table from Batch Card.
• Operate cutter and expander machines; install fittings and assemble hose.
• Install male ends, coil hose, label, and carton, then place on conveyor.
• Maintain daily production records and conduct quality checks; meet productivity standards.
