Job summary

Parker in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Safety Operator for the Hose Assembly Value Stream to maintain quality and productivity at or above customer expectations. You will pull setup sheets, select tooling, inspect components, and assist with inventory while adhering to safety and 5S standards.

You will perform pressure testing of hose assemblies, document production activities, and collaborate with the Value Stream Team Lead to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Production experience preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training 1–8 weeks.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure finished goods meet customer expectations.
• Pull setup sheets and select tooling.
• Inspect tubing or hose before processing.
• Verify dimensions against drawings and specs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare labels and production reports.
• Pressure test hose assemblies.
• Follow 5S and keep work area clean.
• Report issues to Value Stream Team Lead.
• Engage in Lean and continuous improvement.
