Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Hose Product assembly, Standard Work and equipment operation and setup.

Responsabilités

• Performs hose assembly and follows standard work in a team environment.
• Operates and sets up manufacturing equipment and saws.
• Performs daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Conducts in-process inspection and enters data into router.
• Accounts for and disposes of scrap properly.
• Communicates workflow problems to Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Understands and supports LEAN initiatives.
• Works safely following regulations and reports unsafe conditions.
• Participates in peer-based teams and Lean/5-S initiatives.
• Overtime as needed.
