Qualifications

• Experience in hose assembly and gasket fabrication.
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; forklift certification a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on presses to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work area.
• Review work orders to understand job requirements.
• Prepare items for gasket fabrication and hose assembly.
• Inspect materials and products for defects and accuracy.
• Operate presses, knife table, waterjet, banding and crimping machines.
• Fabricate gaskets per work order specs and test hoses for QA.
• Coordinate with delivery team and assist loading/unloading trucks.
• Record material usage and ensure proper inventory locations.
• Support physical inventory counts and receiving operations.
