In this role, you’ll assist with day‑to‑day operations, event support, communications, and project tasks that help advance HOSA engagement across the state. This is a great opportunity for students interested in public health, education, or community engagement to build professional skills while contributing to meaningful statewide initiatives.

The Alaska Center for Rural Health & Health Workforce (ACRH-HW) is dedicated to strengthening Alaska’s health workforce, with a focus on rural communities and addressing workforce shortages. The ACRH-HW supports health program planning, community partnerships, and intercampus collaboration. To thrive in this role, a student worker should demonstrate strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills, along with a reliable and professional work ethic. They should be comfortable managing multiple tasks, following instructions, and maintaining attention to detail.
