• Work outdoors in various weather conditions; ensure safety and cleanliness.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 1st shift (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) (floating winter shift)
• Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Material logistics and handling
• General duty landscaping tasks (planting, pruning, plant health)
• Aggregate, plant and mulch installations
• Artistic eye and attention to detail for high-end installations
• Ability to work in a clean, safe outdoor work environment in most weather conditions
• Professional client interaction
• Snow removal and plowing (required for full‑time, year‑round employment)

Required experience

3+ years experience in hands-on landscape installation experience

• Demonstrated plant identification knowledge (Ohio native species)
• Experience with professional landscape equipment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• ANSI A300 standard plant care knowledge
• Expert soil analysis
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
• Great teamwork skills with proactive initiative
