Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on landscape installation experience.
• Demonstrated plant identification knowledge (Ohio native species).
• Experience with professional landscape equipment.

Responsibilities

• Material logistics and handling.
• General landscaping tasks (planting, pruning, plant health).
• Aggregate, plant and mulch installations.
• Maintain an artistic eye and attention to detail for high-end installations.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Professional client interaction; snow removal and plowing for year-round work.
