Job summary

You will deliver high-quality administrative support and coordinate with program managers, horticulturists, and vendors to ensure program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of administrative office experience.
• Must meet attendance requirements and schedule adherence.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and posting plant-related content for Amazonians and the community.
• Assist with ordering supplies, processing invoices, and event planning.
• Represent JLL professionally at various audiences and events.
• Provide administrative support to Greenhouse, Spheres, and Community Landscape teams.
• Complete tasks within deadlines and support leadership behaviors.
