As a Horticulture Program Administrator at JLL, you'll play a vital role in supporting the comprehensive administration of our innovative Horticulture Program for Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way - for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and this position directly contributes to creating healthy, attractive, and sustainable natural environments for Amazon employees and the community. Working in a fast-paced corporate environment, you'll provide 5-star professional customer service while executing administrative tasks that ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all program operations. You'll collaborate closely with the JLL Horticulture Program Managers, Program Coordinator, and horticulturists to deliver exceptional service to the Global Real Estate & Facilities team. This diverse program encompasses all corporate horticulture initiatives, requiring coordination with numerous internal and external partners. Your role combines detailed administrative support with strategic thinking, helping to implement processes that ensure program sustainability and operational excellence while maintaining JLL's reputation for building strong vendor partnerships and delivering outstanding client service.
