Job summary

North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is seeking a dedicated Extension Assistant for Horticulture at the Small Farms Unit. This position involves assisting with applied research, training staff and farmers in sustainable practices, and working with limited-resource audiences.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Plant Sciences or a related field, at least two years of horticulture experience, and proficiency in relevant software. This is a full-time, on-site position with a salary range of $40,000-$50,000.
