Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a Horticulture Crew Member to maintain diverse landscape structures, from lawns to plant material. You will handle daily horticultural duties and assist with pruning during shifts.

The role requires at least 1 year of horticulture experience, ability to operate mowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers, and knowledge of pest management and lawn care. Includes benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a horticulturist.
• Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
• Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily horticultural and landscaping duties with a focus on safety and quality.
• Assist with installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plants.
• Engage in mulching, planting, and grading tasks as needed.
• Keep job sites clean and free of plant debris; weed removal as required.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves to maintain an appealing area.
