Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Horticulture Crew Lead for our Walpole, MA location. You will supervise crew members on fine gardening projects, ensure adherence to policies, and coordinate job-site activities with safety and skill considerations.

The ideal candidate has a horticulture degree or certificate, at least 2 years of fine gardening experience, and may hold MCLP/MCH/MCA/Master Gardener certifications.

Qualifications

• Horticulture degree or certificate or related field.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2+ years of fine gardening experience required.
• MCLP, MCH, MCA, or Master Gardener certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members understand and follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Act as a resource and liaison to our clients while at the job site.
• Provide on-the-job training to new and current crew members and crew leaders in training.
• Coordinate all work activities at the job site with respect to timeframe, safety, and skills and capabilities of individual crew members.
• Monitor the quality of all work performed by the crew and provide guidance and correction as necessary.
