Jonaco Machine, LLC is seeking experienced Horizontal Milling Machinists Level 3 for our aerospace division. You will set up and run complex jobs on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC horizontal mills (3-, 4-, & 5-axis).
• Edit G-code and optimize toolpaths for efficiency.
• Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components (aluminum, titanium, Inconel).
• Read and apply complex blueprints and GD&T with confidence.
• Own your setups, tool-life decisions, and part quality.
• Inspect your own work using precision measurement tools.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems fast and accurately.
• Keep machines running efficiently and production on track.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (DAY ONE IMPACT):
