Qualifications

• 5+ years of horizontal milling in aerospace-focused precision manufacturing.
• Ability to independently set up and run complex jobs.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and tight tolerance experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC horizontal mills (3-, 4-, & 5-axis).
• Edit G-code and optimize toolpaths for efficiency.
• Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components (aluminum, titanium, Inconel).
• Read and apply complex blueprints and GD&T with confidence.
• Own your setups, tool-life decisions, and part quality.
• Inspect your own work using precision measurement tools.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems fast and accurately.
• Keep machines running efficiently and production on track.
