Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• Three years of experience in continuous improvement, instructional design, human motivation, human performance, HR recruiting, organizational development, or related area.
• Two years of teaching experience (credit or professional development) in the specified domains.

Responsibilities

• Assess student work based on developed curriculums and defined competencies.
• Coach students on capstone projects in organizational settings.
• Foster collaborative and interactive learning environments that encourage critical thinking and meet diverse student needs.
• Respond promptly to student inquiries to support learning.
