Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals impacted by violence, trauma, or the criminal justice system.
• Lived experience and strong credibility within Camden City.
• Ability to establish and sustain trusting, supportive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct street-based outreach and conflict mediation.
• Engage high-risk individuals and build rapport.
• Provide Psychological First Aid following violent incidents.
