Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals impacted by violence, trauma, or the criminal justice system.
Lived experience and strong credibility within Camden City.
Ability to establish and sustain trusting, supportive relationships.
Responsibilities
Conduct street-based outreach and conflict mediation.
Engage high-risk individuals and build rapport.
Provide Psychological First Aid following violent incidents.
