Job summary

Grease Monkey Greenville is seeking a Hood Technician to perform full-service oil changes and supervise bay operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and accurate work orders. You will deliver quality service with attention to detail in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications include basic literacy, customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and ability to use common hand tools. Training is provided through our technician program to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and basic literacy (reading, writing, math).
• Verbal communication skills.
• Ability and license to operate motor vehicles.
• Minimum 3 months actual experience or supervised training as a hood technician.

Responsibilities

• Work safely, wear safety gear, keep work area clean and organized.
• Direct the vehicle into the bay.
• Place fender covers on the vehicle.
• Perform light checks and check/fill fluids as applicable (oil, transmission fluid, etc.).
• Inspect emissions components and replace as needed; document on Work Order.
• Perform visual inspection of belts, hoses, and hood components.
• Perform final safety and quality checks and record information on the Work Order.
