Job summary

Grease Monkey is seeking a Hood Technician to perform services in the engine compartment during full-service oil changes. You will lead activities in the bay area, ensure thorough completion and accurate recording on the Work Order.

The role requires basic literacy, customer service skills, and a valid vehicle operation license. You will work in a facility with emphasis on safety, quality checks, and teamwork during shifts with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service and basic literacy are required.
• Verbal communication skills are essential for team coordination.
• License to operate motor vehicles may be required.
• Ability to properly use mechanical hand tools and read work orders.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized bay area.
• Direct vehicles into the bay and apply hood covers.
• Check fluids and inspect emission-related components when applicable.
• Record all work on the Work Order and ensure tasks are completed to quality standards.
• Perform final safety and quality checks and assist with center maintenance.
