Grease Monkey Cleveland is opening a brand-new location and is seeking a hood technician to manage engine compartment services during a full-service oil change. You will direct bay activities, ensure service is completed, and verify work orders for accuracy.

The role requires safety-focused technicians with basic customer-service skills, a valid driver’s license, and experience with hand tools. This position offers opportunities for advancement at a growing center in Cleveland.

Formación

• Customer service skills and basic literacy.
• Must have license to operate motor vehicles.
• Ability to properly use mechanical hand tools.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Work safely, wear safety gear, keep work area clean and organized.
• Use Echo System / Echo services and vehicle information
• Direct the vehicle into the bay
• Perform light checks and check/fill fluids (when applicable)
• Record information on Work Order
