Job summary

Broward College in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Coordinator for the Broward College Honors College to coordinate and implement events, marketing, admissions, and social media outreach.

You will work with the Senior Director, Campus Coordinators, Faculty, Honors Students, and the broader community, with occasional evenings and weekend hours and travel between campuses. The role supports data management and instructional technology training.

Qualifications

• Experience creating marketing graphics and media for events.
• Video editing and distribution for events and social media.
• Experience with SharePoint, D2L, and Infopath forms is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and agencies.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and distributes graphic media for promotion of events, courses, deadlines, and other key messaging opportunities.
• Records and edits videos for distribution from college fairs, events, and public speakers for social media and D2L.
• Manages and maintains Broward College Honors image and video repositories.
• Supports recruitment through off-campus events and informational workshops.
• Trains faculty on multimedia tools and instructional technology.
• Maintains current knowledge of trends and KPIs and supports Honors Student activities.
