Job summary

CU Hawai‘i is seeking a motivated Store Lead to support daily operations, cash handling, and POS oversight at one or more Honolulu locations (Downtown, Kapahulu, Kahala, Keeaumoku). The Lead will work with Store Associates to serve customers, stock merchandise, and maintain store standards.

The role focuses on financial accuracy, shift leadership, and ensuring consistent service while supporting CU Hawaii's expansion in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience handling cash, cards, and digital transactions with accuracy.
• Familiarity with POS systems and rewards programs.
• Food handler’s certification may be required prior to first shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist with purchases.
• Educate customers on CU Hawaii brands and offerings.
• Operate POS, handle tender transactions, and promote rewards program.
• Prepare and stock food and beverages per safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock, monitor inventory and display accuracy.
• Lead shift when manager is not on duty and assist with deposits.
