• Valid ACT-208 Hawaii Guard Card, or eligible and willing to obtain one.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay calm, proactive, and professional in high-stress or emergency situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A friendly, respectful, service-minded attitude that reflects the Aloha Spirit.
• Solid organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for report writing, incident logging, and communication tools.
• Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities with confidence.
• Reliable transportation to assigned sites, with flexibility to work at other properties as needed.

• Monitor assigned properties and observe activity to support a safe environment
