Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned properties and observe activity to support a safe environment.
• Document incidents accurately in written reports and incident logs.
• Contact emergency services and first responders when appropriate.
• Provide clear, detailed accounts to law enforcement and serve as a reliable witness in any legal follow-up.
• Interact professionally with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Take on additional responsibilities and learn new skills as needed.
