You will lead customer interactions, create appointment opportunities, and collaborate with the visual and store leadership teams to drive sales and brand engagement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan
• Passion for apparel styling and styling knowledge
• 2+ years of experience building customer relationships or clienteling
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Uphold a service culture delivering extraordinary in-store experiences
• Lead by example in relationship building, styling and product recommendations
• Generate appointment opportunities to deepen customer relationships and drive metrics
• Encourage use of technology to transact in the moment and upsell to clients
• Collaborate with store leadership and team on events and styling initiatives
• Share brand styling knowledge to elevate associate confidence in servicing customers
