The role emphasizes relationship building, upselling, and guiding customers through curated product offerings while collaborating with the store team for region-wide styling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• 2+ years of experience building customer relationships or clienteling.
• Passion for apparel styling.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a service culture with extraordinary customer service.
• Lead by example in relationship building, styling, and networking with customers.
• Generate appointment opportunities to cultivate customer relationships and drive key metrics.
• Encourage team to transact in the moment, upsell, and build clientele.
• Share styling knowledge with team to elevate confidence in servicing customers.
