The Ellgren Agency in Honolulu is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance coverage for existing clients while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.

You’ll work in our downtown Honolulu office with a supportive team, comprehensive training and ongoing development to help you grow professionally.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
• Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients through inbound calls.
• Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
