Job summary

Parents and Children Together in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee child abuse prevention services for high and low‑risk families referred by the Department of Human Services. The role includes home visits, group activities, health education, medical home establishment, crisis intervention, and community involvement, under the Assistant Program Director.

You will supervise staff, carry a partial caseload as a Parent Educator, ensure compliance with funders' standards,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with two years of social services experience or
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience in social services or nursing.
• One year supervisory experience in health or human services providing supervision to direct staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of child abuse prevention services to high- and low-risk families referred by DHS.
• Provide home visits, group activities, health education, and crisis intervention.
• Establish medical home and participate in community activities; assist with recruitment efforts.
