Qualifications

• Two years of supervised work experience with young children and/or parents.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to an automobile.
• Ability to pass various background checks upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visiting services with families.
• Develop Family Service Plans addressing risk factors.
• Administer developmental screens and assessments.
• Complete written and electronic documentation.
• Link families to community resources.
• Engage hard-to-reach families through outreach.
• Maintain relationships with service providers.
