Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing team in Honolulu. You will source talent, conduct interviews, maintain recruiting records, build client relationships, and drive successful placements in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, customer- focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service. Report to work on schedule; this is not a remote position with Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, retail, staffing, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement.
• Evaluate qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
• Build talent pipelines via job boards, referrals, networking, social media, direct sourcing.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and placement data in CRM.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
