Job summary

ISPA Technology, LLC in Honolulu seeks a Network Administrator to support a DoD VDI environment for ~275 users. You will maintain network availability, performance, and security while ensuring STIGs and ATO compliance, reporting to the IT Site Lead and collaborating with the Network Engineer.

Responsibilities include configuring VLANs, ACLs, routers, switches, VPNs, and SDN awareness; performing maintenance, backups, and capacity planning; and supporting Tier 2/3 incident resolution and DoD

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in IT or related field with 5+ years DoD/government IT experience.
Experience with enterprise networking, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers.
Knowledge of STIG/RMF and vulnerability management; ACAS scanning proficiency.
DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+ CE).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to support DoD cyber requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
Configure VLANs, ACLs, routing, QoS, and other network services.
Perform maintenance, firmware updates, backups, and health checks.
Monitor performance and connectivity; document topology and IPAM records.
Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for network-related incidents.
