Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a network administrator to join a team supporting core networks at 15SPSS in Hawaii. You will configure routers, switches, firewalls, and related devices, and manage security and performance in development and live environments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of network/engineering experience, with DoD IA certifications and a current SECRET clearance. CCNA is required; CCNP preferred. Expect challenging, mission-focused IT support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of network/engineering experience.
• DoD 8140 IA workforce certifications or equivalent; DoD SECRET clearance.
• Cisco CCNA Certification required; CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides configuration, installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, repair, preventative, and corrective maintenance for all site network infrastructure.
• Ensure continuous network access and perform troubleshooting and recurring maintenance to restore network service, improve security, reliability and performance.
• Maintain UPS capability to all critical components to ensure system availability; manage vulnerability hardware/software and enforce security policies.
• Respond to support calls, emails, tickets, and outages from customers; provide end-to-end troubleshooting for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS networks.
