Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Airport Security Officer in Honolulu, HI. This full-time role involves patrolling, assisting visitors, and maintaining a visible security presence at a government transportation location.

You will carry out security procedures, respond to incidents, and report activities while working Thursday through Sunday evening shifts. A HS diploma, English fluency, and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and stakeholders by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, and access points to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials, reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
